    1) Quotations and Pro forma invoices are valid for 7 days.
    2) Please ensure that the items quoted are as per your requirement. 
    3) Items may be subject to availability. Lead times may apply.
    4) Please check courier shipments, do not accept a waybill if items are damaged. 
    5) Return policy: Within 10 days of invoice date, in original condition and packaging only.  10% Handling fee applicable. 
    6) Goods incorrectly delivered or items that are defective due to poor material or workmanship will be considered for exchange if the fault is reported within 5 days from date of delivery.
    7) Goods remain the property of Nostics Equipment CC until fully paid.
